Our Team

Chad Ransom is a former classroom teacher, instructional coach, building principal, and program administrator.  In those roles, he created the first dual immersion program in his state, co-lead school improvement efforts that resulted in two schools being labeled as “performing” after being labeled “failing,” and has been awarded multiple state and federal competitive grants.  He was also one of three winners of the WY PBS American Graduate Champions in 2015 for his work in supporting Latino student success. Chad is passionate about closing the achievement gap, while still ensuring that ALL students are continually challenged to reach their full potential.
