Statewide School Improvement for Multilingual Learners - Utah

2021-Current

Large scale, multi-year initiative to improve results for multilingual learners. The project focused on collaboration, data use, and evidence-based instructional strategies.

Peer Coaching Academy - Edmond, OK

June 2022 - Current

Highly engaging, interactive Professional Learning Workshops complimented by a year-long Peer Coaching Academy highlight best practices of peer coaching. Participants of the year-long Academy experienced video reflection, in-person coaching, trust building activities and so much more that contributed to their professional growth and the professional growth of their colleagues.

Model Math Classroom PD and Coaching - Edmond, OK

2018 - Current

Multi year progressive professional development utilizing NCTM's Mathematical Teaching Practices as a guiding force. The initial cohort will be developed as teacher leaders capable of providing peer feedback.

Teacher coaching and professional development to develop high quality math instruction at four middle schools.

Dual Immersion Program Development - Multiple Districts

2020 - Current

Improving the implementation of dual immersion programs in three districts across the state of Idaho through onsite and virtual leader and teacher coaching.

STEAM Academy - Orcutt, CA

2017 - 2020

Developing teacher leader cohorts at all district elementary schools to improve the implementation of future-ready instructional practices.

Coaching Instructional Coaches - Janesville, WI

2018 - Current

Partnering to establish effective instructional coaching systems across all schools in the district by providing professional development to all coaches and principals and ongoing individual coaching with the instructional coaches to establish effective practices.
